I am writing this review with deep disappointment following my 9-night stay at Dreams Playa Esmeralda (from 12/13/25 to 12/22/25). What was supposed to be a luxury family vacation, for which we paid thousands of dollars, turned into a nightmare due to the theft of 400 Euros from inside our room. The most outrageous part was not just the financial loss, but the hotel's response. Instead of showing empathy or conducting a serious investigation, the security staff tried to blame me for the incident, arguing that I had not used the in-room safe. It is unheard of that in a resort of this caliber and price point, the policy regarding theft is to victimize the guest rather than guaranteeing the integrity of private spaces. The hotel management was nowhere to be found. At no point did they offer a formal apology, nor did they show any signs of taking seriously the gravity of the fact that someone has access and freedom to steal guests' belongings. The only positive aspect of this bitter experience was Arianna. She was the only person who stepped up with goodwill and professionalism, forced to handle a situation that clearly should have been addressed by her superiors. Conclusion: If you are looking for a safe place where guests and their property are respected, look elsewhere. It is shameful that a "luxury" hotel has such deficient security standards and such an arrogant attitude toward victims of a crime. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Es más barato que el secrets y está mejor equipado.

Si no tienes niños puedes pasar de uno al otro sin control alguno..nos alojamos en ambos y si volviera me instalaria en el dreams
