Die Lage am Playa Esmeralda ist sensationell und die Anlage ist gut konzeptioniert.

Die Anlage war erst seit einigen Tagen in Betrieb und vieles im Ablauf funktionierte nicht. Wir haben nur ein Zimmer von 24 m2 anstell 53 m2 erhalten und und wurde erklärt es soll das selbe sein. Zimmerservice kam erst Nachmittags um 16.30. Die Aussenwände hatten Löcher, so dass wir Insekten in unserem Zimmer hatten. Teilweise keinen Strom und am Ende noch ein Wasserschaden. Es gibt sehr viel Verbrsserundpotential. Unser Buttler war jedoch immer der Meinung es sei alles in bester Ordnung. Naja es gibt viel zu lernen!!!!

It has potential but still a lot of unfinished rooms, facilities, and final touches. The restaurants are under staffed, the food is decent but takes forever to get. If you happen to stop by your room for an afternoon nap all you can hear is banging from the rooms being finished above. Not the experience I was expecting!!

Goof is great. Room are excellent. Pool is ok, can be better. Lazy river is great. Beach is totally covered withdrawal beach, one cannot swim at all, I understand it is out of the resort control

The hotel has potential, but there were several letdowns during our stay. For starters, the buffet wasn’t open every night for dinner, and when it was, the food variety was quite limited. There was no ice cream offered — not even basic flavors like vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry, which is something I think should be a must, especially for families with kids. The rooms were comfortable and clean — no complaints there. However, the drinks were disappointing. I tried a few different mixes, and unfortunately, none were good enough to enjoy, so I ended up skipping most of the cocktails. The overall vibe of the hotel is very quiet and relaxing, which could be a plus for those looking to completely unwind. But if you’re into ambiance, music, or more lively energy, you might get bored here. Entertainment was minimal, and the sports bar wasn’t even open every day. Out of all the dining options, the steakhouse was the best, though I’d rate it as just “ok” — not amazing, but decent. In summary, it’s a calm place to disconnect, but I wouldn’t return unless they improved the food, drinks, and entertainment options.

The villas were amazing! If you like quiet relaxation the villas are where you need to be! We loved it. Our personal villa bar had a great bartender named Manny. He was great.
