Spacious Capitol Hill 2 Bedroom Apartment with Free Parking

Very spacious 2 bedroom appartment. Everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Metro, groceries and restaurants under 5 minute walking distance. Tip: breakfast at Ted’s Bulletin. One block over. Great.

It's the little things that make the difference and this accommodation has a lot of them. Awesome fridge with a great ice dispenser. Ketchup sachets. An amazing collection of coffee and working coffee machine (in my experience many don't). Comfortable bed. Generous spacing. Notes that are helpful not dictatorial. Informative arrival videos. Responses to questions. A lovely layout and set up. Thanks for thinking this all through and providing a great place to stay.

A little further out than some.....hey grab the convenient metro.

Nice location, walking distance from the Mall and Capitolium.

Few things was not working, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer.

This is an excellent property in terms not only of amenities but also value for money. What the listing fails to mention is... that it is only a 5-minute walk from a Metro / Subway station, and from many shops, bars and restaurants around the Metro station and on the next road along - 8th Street. It is a 15 minute walk from the Capitol itself, and the Metro takes you pretty much anywhere you'd like to be. A real gem in a very nice neighbourhood.

The host was very responsive and there was nothing to fault.

I loved everything about the property!

Location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Any questions I had were immediately handled. The unit was absolutely charming!

Radiator noises at night but got used to it.
