Lovely, Cosy Beachside Cottage 1 - Perfect Location

Nice big rooms, everything was clean. Good location.

Noisy, next door drilling from 08:30. Overpriced for how poorly equipt it was. There was no washing up liquid. Miniature bottle of body wash for 4 people for 5 days. No condaments. No heating or couldn't work out how to use it. TV froze quite often and probably needs replacing as the internet was fine. Insurance wasn't included in the price, had to pay it separately.

PRO: Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a circa 15 mins di camminata dal centro di Llandudno; parcheggio su strada sempre disponibile; vicinanza (pochi minuti a piedi) ad un buonissimo cafè, ad un ristornate, ad un piccolo supermercato e ad un parco giochi per bambini; area molto tranquilla; letti comodi; presenza di un garage con lavatrice, asciugatrice (liberamente usabili) e un tavolo convertibile ping-pong/hockey da tavolo/biliardo; proprietà gentile, disponibile e che risponde velocemente ai messaggi via chat di Booking.com; In linea di massima si è trattato di un soggiorno piacevole in una struttura consigliabile che, se fossero risolti i CONTRO di cui sotto, sarebbe anche molto meglio.

CONTRO: non proprio pulitissima: stoviglie usate e non lavate in maniera corretta (esempio padelle ancora unte o vaschetta macchina del caffè con la muffa), tutto tranquillamente risolvibile sia chiaro, soprattutto se non si è schizzinosi, ma un po' di attenzione in più non guastava. Inoltre i pavimenti erano un po' polverosi e con briciole, ma anche qui non è stato un problema; mancanza di forniture basilari come carta scottex, sacchi immondizia di riserva e carta igienica. Qualcosa è stato acquistato, qualcosa è stato recuperato in mobiletti della casa, insomma abbiamo risolto senza disturbare troppo la proprietà; vicini (non abbiamo capito se a fianco o sopra) rumorosi soprattutto alla sera, con volumi audio talvolta un po' troppo alti ben percepibili dalla camera azzurra. Questo, forse, è stato un handicap importante; alcune finiture soprattutto del bagno andrebbero riviste e necessiterebbero di un intervento di manutenzione, ma, di nuovo, non si tratta di un grosso handicap.

living room was terrible, bad lighting switches behind doors, mismatched and not cosy furnitures...like a student flat. no sound proofing to flat above, could here people walk around and talk. Hardly and basics : washing powder, loo roll, etc.. on top of that we paid a non returnsble security deposit .. which was insulting as the place is run-down

Perfect, very large bedrooms, lovely comfortable beds, comfortable living area , super little kitchen, nice garden area and outhouse with activities in kept grandchildren happy for the weekend, left the car at the property and walked the very short walk across the road spending the day on the beach. Ideal with little grandchildren

It’s not much of a dislike, just would have been easy. Struggled to find childrens channels on the tv to keep young ones happy when there. Seems to be smart tv with Netflix etc and tried to go on thinking I could login to my own account however doesn’t recognise the properties WiFi and just states “error@

Everything was great 😃 apartment has huge bedrooms. Also games in the garage. Location perfect. A few metres from the beach ⛱️ highly recommended. Excellent contact with the owner. We like everything about this place 😊

Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free, would definitely stay here again!
