The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was also very quiet considering it is very clise ti the harbour. Great views too.

Stunning location!Lovely hamper left for our arrival.

Head room is restricted but that comes with the character of the property.

Location couldn’t be better. Right on seafront with everything close by

A group of 7 of us booked this stay for 2 nights through booking.com where we selected the option to pay on the day when we arrived. The host/owner contacted us and argumentatively said that this was not possible and needed the CVC card details to process the payment there and then to which we thought was slightly odd. Instead of doing this we decided to just let the host know we would cancel and rebook through booking.com and pay there and then instead of doing it through her to which once we cancelled she had upped the price from £420 to £504 . Incredibly cheeky. Although The house is in a lovley area and decorated beautifully, it’s very dangerous ie the stars and loose carpet very easy to trip on , and a lot of us hit are heads badly on the ceilings.. completely impractial especially the front door, and doesn’t really have much necessities needed for large groups including no cutlery at all/ space. The towels i recieved were dirty too hence the pics. The top rooms were not suitable for adults especially when it’s advertised that it sleeps 8 and not 2 couples and 4 children. On the first night we arrived we were playing games one of them being heads up(sharades) to which we then got a loud bang from the other side of the wall which left us feeling very confused as we hadn’t been over loud or anything. We then recieved a complaint the next morning that we were being too loud , we had destroyed property and they didn’t know we had dogs and should have paid extra. Firstly we didn’t destroy anything and wasn’t loud and secondly the advertisement said pet friendly nothing about having the pay an extra fee when we booked until she had changed this on booking.com. This should be made more clear for future people booking . Once one of us had taken the dog outside for a walk they were met at the door to the owners/hosts sister who was very hostile which is completely ridiculous and bang out of order.

Great location. Good facilities. Quirky property with character.

Access to bedrooms was a little tricky, especially for one guest who is 6’ tall. The TV was also disappointing. The reception was poor and we eventually gave up watching it.
