Poor response to problems..

Intentionally asking for Advance payment even when they can't provide facilities.....

I liked the location and the layout.

The elevator didn’t work most of the time, the cleanliness of the apartment could have been a lot better. They had different parity for different guests, I had 4 of my friends have two different rooms who got different checkout times and one even received a £40 discount to their bill due to the lift but wasn’t offered to us.

All plug and play and spacious. Has a full gym and pool with excellent views. You can cook there. Also, I needed a coffee maker and when I asked about it, the property manager organised one for me which was great. An Uber ride gets you anywhere to Westlands quickly and cheap.

The staff in duty in the gym/ pool table area were awkward. Instead of helping out paying clients, they had turned the music up very loud and were both playing together at the pool table. When I asked if they could turn down the music a bit, one of them got angry and started laughing at me. I've lived in Kenya for many years, but hadn't had that happen to me before as people are usually super kind.

Comfortable place in good location

The lift in the building is a nightmare

I loved the interior decoration. Everything is well thought out out.

The elevator- and the reason the apartment does not get a 10. When you stay in a building with 18 floors and only one elevator works it becomes a security issue.
