Immeuble bruyant. Tout s'entend d'un appartement à un autre. Les parties communes sont d'une qualité approximative. On sent que les matériaux utilisés sont de la chinoiserie.

Location

I had a high floor apartment and elevators were broken 2 days. No pre information provided by customer service, I would cancel it. Room was not the same as shown in pictures

Todo exactamente como las fotos. Nos gustó todo el apartamento era espacioso y con dos baños y dos habitaciones estupendo todo

El ascensor estaba defectuoso por lo tanto solo funcionaba uno entonces había que esperar mucho

Great location and very comfortable

We had an issue with the apartment not having been cleaned and we didn’t manage to get in until after 5 pm. The staff did their best though and were very responsive in getting it sorted

The location is amazing and it's great to have Rooftop 270 on the top floor. The apartment is super spacious and is very very clean. There was also great communication via Whatsapp with the host.

The host only let me know about the broken lifts just before the stay so I wouldn't have been able to cancel. They were also not completely honest about the extent of the lift service in the apartment block. There was an iron but no ironing board making it hard to iron my work clothes. They only provided two coffee filters for an 8-day stay, which I think was a bit mean

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in den Westlands. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, schöne Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der City, wie dem Nairobi National Museum, dem Railway Museum und das Arboretum sind gut erreichbar. Ein Pluspunkt sind der Rooftop-Pool sowie das Rooftop-Restaurant. Der Blick von Oben ist fantastisch.

Leider gab es kein Trinkwasser in der Unterkunft.

L'hôte est très accueillant, envoyant les informations dès la veille du séjour et restant très disponible au besoin. De plus, il a su trouver uen solution quand j'ai eu un problème de wifi pendant quelques heures

Un problème d'ascenseur mais l'hôte avait déjà prévenu avant mon arrivée, donc j'étais physicologiquement préparé.
