The apartment was nice and clean. I love that there is a restaurant/ cafe upstairs that makes it very nice to grab coffee and food before you head out to explore!

The elevator has some major issues throughout my stay. Very long wait times and often not available when needed. It was also inconsistent staffing for the elevator and the main door, which sometime required a code to enter. Lots of staff around, but not always the clearest with instructions/ support.

The corner window apartment is beautiful.

They assign you randomly, not depending on what you book. We were first put in a much smaller apartment that was filthy when we arrived. The cleaners came soon and we moved to the apartment we booked the next day after raising a concern. The apartments elevators have not been functioning properly for over two months (I stayed with another company two months before and there was the same issue). Only one partially worked when we stayed. This means it takes a long time to wait for the one functioning elevator and you often need to use the stairs as it only stopped on certain floors when we were there.

I really like our unit and its lovely view. Everything seems to have been carefully considered and thoughtfully designed.

The elevator was not working during our stay, and the building can be a bit confusing to navigate at first. However, it becomes tolerable once you get familiar with the layout and learn your way around.
