Old building currently being upgraded still a lovely stay couldn't ask for a better host so welcoming and helpful.

Close to the Tower and lights. Complimentary shampoo/shower gel. Nice shower. Given small double (their choice) when I only requested a single. Thankyou. Dog friendly. Much appreciated. Quiet.

Carpet edges dusty. Ceiling had been plastered I think but very unsightly. 1/4 toilet roll in room. 2 tea bags. Could of asked for more but these things are standard and should already be in the room. Had to sit on toilet sideways as banging arm on sink as so close. Glass shelf above sink so low had to very carefully position head under it to try and spit toothpaste into the sink and then be very careful bringing head back out. Maybe an idea to higher it or remove all together as another above toilet. Had had a discussion on phone when I booked and had reserved a parking space. Mix up on parking booking. Told we hadn’t booked it. I had written it straight in my book during our conversation. Yvonne did sort us a space next door though. Thanks 🙏

My dog, Maggie and I were made to feel very welcome. Lots of little things put in place to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and certainly set us up for the day. The bed was amazingly comfy. Yvonne went above and beyond

Nothing I didn't like. The accommodation is a work in progress, with a few little bits that need finishing off, but Yvonne is obviously working hard toward the finished results. It's definitely not a criticism. Well done. Maggie and I will be back 😊

Yvonne, the owner greeted us with a very warm welcome and a much needed hot drink after our journey took longer than expected. In a great location for Blackpool. Hardly heard any noise when we were in our room. Breakfast was great value for money. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

The room was on the small side and needed a bit of updating, but as we were only sleeping there then it didn't really matter. We could have done with some larger bath towels.
