Fantastic b&B very clean and comfortable. Great location very close to everything. The 2 guys who looked after us were both fabulous and looked after us very well. We paid for breakfast which was freshly cooked and delicious. It was very cheap to stay here which was a bonus.

Arrived at the hotel outside looked not bad. The inside of the hotel was like a building site it says they have a licence that’s not true the have drink in the lounge area but that’s just for show. There was no heating on during storm Amy as the owner informed us that it’s was £400 pounds a month to run. Also when we booked on booking.com we booked a double room we were giving a small double so that’s false advertising. When we contacted booking.com for advice they then phoned the hotel owner and then she come up to the room aggressively asking us to leave. Rooms were not cleaned Dailey fresh towels were not giving daily breakfast is served from 10pm there is no option to sit in the lounge as the close it all day for personal use to let there family dog run about. Avoid staying here don’t waste your money
