The house is a Victorian Cottage. The stairs in the house are original and are relatively steep. Please keep this in mind when booking if you have young children or elderly people in your party. Once a reservation is confirmed, Payment is collected 13 day prior to your arrival (accommodations fee and cleaning fee included). You can cancel for free up to 14 days prior to arrival. The lead guest must complete the online check-in form, agree to our Terms & Conditions, and upload at least 1 ID before check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancelation of the reservation. Forms must be filled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date. For stays over 10 days, you are expected to have interim cleans/linen change (frequency to be agreed depending on length of stay) for an extra fee. A damage deposit will be charged 2 days before check-out.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

I loved the quaint cottage and the location, very well fitted out with everything we might need and beautifully clean

The very steep stairs, not able to use the tv at all, leaves in the courtyard, squeaky beds

Great location with the park just across the road. Easy walking distance in to the town or across to some of the other colleges/exhibition centres and the station. Everything we needed for a long weekend was there and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Not even a key!! Genius!

Was a big on the loud side with the pub nextdoor and with the windows open in the back bedroom that overlook the courtyard but to be honest we were still up at kicking out time and the few people hanging around after were soon drowned out by snoring as the beds were countable and the added bonus of a fan for the really hot weather we had.

"Great location and ideal for short stays"

Excellent location in centre or Cambridge. Very clean and had a lots of kitchen bits to enable us to cook supper each evening. It was ideal for 2 friends staying for a couple of days. I would go again as it is just in an great position.

It was advertised on Booking.com as having 2 bathrooms - it doesn't. It has 1 bathroom and 1 toilet which doesn't even have a handbasin. We were disappointed as 2 bathrooms was the reason we chosen this house. Fortunately 1 of our party of 3 fell ill and could not come so sharing the bathroom between 2 was possible. Also beware that the stairs are steep.

Excellent location, about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Cambridge

Stairs were a challenge! Steep and narrow. No hanging space for coats Limited seating in the lounge area for four adults

Good place to stay

THERE SHOULD BE SOME EMERGENCY PHONE AROUND THE CLOCK. Our plane was almost 3 hours in arrival, so we get to the property around 23hs. It was dark and we had difficulties by the darkness of the place to open the door. There should be some comment about the stairs to the upper level. There may be older persons that are not able to climb up.
