Family-Friendly Condo with Pool, Gym, Daycare!

Place is a total mess, unit is congested and unsafe for people with respiratory problems and mobility issues. Unsanitary and poor state of the property should be inspected by Megaworld. Not worth even a single penny. Host is unresponsive after few attempts of contact for the main concerns of the said property. After posting to social media to get their attention, what we’ve got is all threats for cyber libel and impending attacks against us coming from the UK. ( kiss UK goodbye ). You don’t deserve to run an Airbnb with your unprofessionalism and ignoring people’s concerns regarding your property. In good faith we’ve given you our hard earned money to have a comfortable and safe stay yet we ended into a horrible nightmare that we can’t forget for a life time. You even accused us of damaging your ( already damaged ) property. How dare yous. We asked you in a proper manner to give us a refund less with the days we’ve stayed yet you ignored us. You don’t respect people and thought you can always get rid of your own actions. Your cleaners told me that “ halin ka ya sa abroad mo “, referring that inarte lng. Huya mn ta ay. Manay kng tagaan taka ulunan nga tinlo pa ang trapo mahigda ka mn?? Kay ako ya indi gid. maskin ihatag m pa na free to stay inyo property inyo na na. I’ve my own preferences kag pasensya gd kng d k matake kng ano kahigko inyo nga family run Airbnb. Then the host will just say ako lng ang gareklamo. Basa2 din pg may time sa inyo reviews. You’re aware with all your issues for a long time yet you just ignored it. Syempre mal-I mn na sa iban tawo nga one or two days lng gastay, they won’t even give a shit to complain kay amo nlng na Ila intiendihon. Ari mga madam kay taga Bacolod lng k so I’m in no rush to run away. Suliton k nlng ni akn na review. Take it not only the bad review you get from your guests but the worst review you’d ever had.

The property is just like a dust bin. When we entered the room , there was no smell of any freshness. You can smell immediately the used floor mop that was left near the door/kitchen. The airconditioner was dusty and so loud. The pots and pans were almost crying for its life. The kitchen towels were smelly and moist. The toiletries were diluted with water! The linens smelled like that it wasn’t changed for days. The wooden sofa was so uncomfortable. And the table chairs were so low. Overall, this property is not ready to receive/cater guests. After we have checked in, there were no communications. We ask for the bin bags and nobody responded.

It’s homely while posh

The area was too clean, too new, felt like a toy town but fun and friendly

It has less storage space for my clothes.

Facilities, location, room cleanliness, wonderful staff.

Not enough storage space in the room for clothes etc. Need more hanging space also.Too many ornaments taking up precious shelf space and making the room feel crowded. Could also use some dinner plates please. This is for the One Regis complex management: why close the swimming pool one day per week for maintenance? It's not necessary to close it for a whole day and it's very disappointing for guests. I have not encountered this practice elsewhere.in the world. Also for management: why not provide a filtered drinking water machine to refill our drinking bottles - at least at the gym and pool levels? I consider this essential given that the municipal piped water is unsafe to drink. You have a top class complex and outstanding staff - these are minor matters that detract from your excellent complex, but can easily be corrected.
