3-Bed House Near Lakeside Mall, Onsite Parking

The owner was very warm and reassuring on the phone. He answered all our questions before hand so kudos to him. This is a lovely house and was really close to the venue where we had a function at. It also had very good size rooms and also good beds. We didn't really stay in the house at we had to go somewhere. When we came back, we found the heating system in a good position and all in working order.

The house was clean however it needs more cleaning as it had little dust which made us sneeze a lot. It might be due to change of environment too. I would suggest the owner moves the bed in the master bedroom away from the heater as it was directly under a window which made us very cold at night. There is enough space to reposition the bed on the west/ lefthand side. I think having a socket will help with charging the phone if the bed is moved. I would have liked a orange/ clear plastic bowl from b and m as I found it difficult to bath my child, the water in the bath had a mind of its own. Overall we were happy as we only stayed for one night and we felt safe in the house and we didn't cause any trouble or have any problems during our stay.

the house is very dirty and hasn’t been cleaned for months, the kitchen table and dishes are all sticky and dirty, it’s very cool...

Some of the facilities were not working, the shower pole was broken, the first-floor hallway bannister was broken, and some of the door handles were broken.

Location

Very very dirty and staff were not open to feedback. Kitchen was dirty, bathroom was also dirtier than expected.
