Had to keep asking for key code. Couldn't use hob without downloading an app. Hard to find the flat as strange numbering system. Some instructions would help.

INWe had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The interiors were absolutely stunning, with thoughtful design touches that made the space feel both cozy and luxurious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep every night. We truly felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
The sink in the bathroom and the shower drained a bit slowly. It wasn’t a big issue, but it was a little frustrating at times.

GBNo hot water from taps in kitchen and toilet for washing up and too cold to wash face except that there is only hot water for shower from an electric boiler. The mattresses of all beds are too soft and we could not sleep well. The flat is old-fashioned renovated, and a few doors cannot be closed properly. There is no lock for the bathroom door , which is unacceptable and cause inconvenience. The handle of bedroom lock was loosened and almost fell down. There is no shower gel provided. Rooms are extremely small. The single room, which is less than 50 ft, is just enough for a single bed, no space for a chair or a small wardrobe. It is overpriced and should not be classified as 2 bedrooms. The partition wall between the bathroom and single bedroom is very thin. The noise caused by toilet flushing and guest taking showers were unreasonably loud , you can easily be awakened when anyone uses the toilet.
