We liked the space.

No access to rooftop.

Great location, very well equipped kitchen, plenty of soaps, (not shampoo or conditioner), loo rolls, w/up liquid, cloths, towels, hairdryer, etc

Very noisy apartment block, can hear all neighbours, loos flushing, washing machines through night, children stomping in apartment above from 7.15 every morning, etc 😢. We realise this can't be helped, but if you're a light sleeper this place may not be for you. I thought the bed was pretty hard, but my husband slept well, so all depends on what you prefer 🤔. We would book again, but would hope we didn't have the family from hell above us next time 🤣

Nice apartment with everything you need for a week. Walking distance to the old town in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Supermarket down the street.

Lots of small flies in the kitchen. You need to hope your neighbours are quiet because there is no soundproofing. Even then, you'll hear the water pipes when someone takes a shower next door.

Accommodation is in the centre of town near the beach, store and everything that you need. Las Palmas is a lovely town with nice people. I had an amazing getaway.

Everything was great.

The location is good, the apartment is spacious and comfortable and the lift was a blessing. Car parking is plentiful on this street but only for two hours.

The bedrooms at the back of the property were very hot and a little stuffy as no air circulates there, only patio doors at the front which doesn't allow air to circulate as no other windows in the property Could really do with air con in the back bedroom There are lots of traffic wardens to go with the plentiful parking

Location is great. Close to San Telmo Bus Station where you find bus connections to all around the island (incl. to the airport). Lots of good restaurants around and a quick 20min walk to the old town.

Ventilating the flat is a bit tricky as only the living room has windows and the flat is quite long. But it was okay for the couple of days we spent there.

The facility was very clean and well equipped.
