Good location, nice apartment, clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and shops. Check in is difficult, by an app which is not so stable. Towels are not great and no sharpe knife, no answer during our stay when we questioned this so communication could be improved. Overall a nice apartment at reasonable price but useful to take your own towels and chopping knife

Attractive, light and comfortable flat in good area

Flat door mechanism broken (could result in you being locked in) and only one key - key essential to exit flat from inside as handle didn't work so could only leave flat if friends awake and ready to let you back in. Poor attitude of staff in response to problem. Guests required to upload on to owners app of passports, signatures, info already given via booking.com mandatory and sign a contract which said you were still to pay (yet had paid) before being given access code. Lots of automated emails during stay but noone on the ground - or they would have seen the things that needed fixing

Comfy beds, excellent pillows; clean, spacious apartment. Easy to walk to San Telmo and Triana, lovely restaurants within a walking distance (including Vegueta/Old Town). Very nice and helpful communication from the people running the place!

Internet was a bit sketchy and patchy - when it worked, it was good, but it was cutting off frequently. It also got hot in the apartment: there are windows only in 1 of the 4 rooms. Summer season could be difficult.

Relaxed part of town, some nice eateries nearby. The flat itself is neatly laid out and furnished. One of the bedroom is en suite.

Took us a moment to work out how to air the back bedroom, which has no exterior window. There's one onto the kitchen and one onto an inner courtyard. One wall was dirty, as if someone had actively wiped their shoes on it.n
