It was fabulous, lovely and clean plenty of space and close to everything. Definitely be staying again

There was nothing to dislike

Fantastic location. Very modern interior. Lovely high ceilings and spacious.

The property had a few damp patches that need attention. Mattresses were very uncomfortable.

Was clean and kids enjoyed the games console

Entrance was a little bumpy for a mobility scooter and wheelchair

Easy to find. Good location near the promenade and bus routes (to Lytham festival) - 5 minute walk. Quick responses from agents with queries. Good sized rooms. Easy, secure access. Clean and tidy. Parking available at the property (£10 a night) although there is plenty of car parks around the location if needed.

Some areas of damp. A wire hanging from the ceiling in the living room. No ‘live’ tv. No instructions for oven/hob. Lack of some kitchenware. No chopping board for example and only 1 wine glass for a 3 bed apartment. No recycling options. £100 deposit has to be paid before being given the door codes. Have to wait 7 days for it being reimbursed as pay clerk only works one day.!

It wasn’t as clean as it could off been to be fair. Bath spa didn’t work unfortunately. Telly was missing out off one off the rooms. Bed side tables were very dusty. Wasn’t enough pillows on bed. A lot off cob webs.
