Withnell Stays - Apartment Four - Ground Floor

The property was in a great location and spacious for our needs.

Several weeks after our stay I have not received my £100 deposit back despite several messages, emails and calls. There was no reason for the deposit to be withheld as we left the property spotless. I am now making a formal complaint through booking.com and taking it further due to the lack of response from the property owners. I prepaid for early check in, when we arrived at the property, it was still being cleaned, as they had got mixed up with which apartment had booked early check in. The apartment was sufficient for our needs but a could do with some repairs and touch ups. I am really disappointed with the terrible customer service, communication and failure to return my money.

Everything, location was perfect for family, very close to both Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle... loads of room in apartment and nice safe area Highly recommend

The apartment is massive! Lovely inside, very comfortable and well equipped for a family stay. The kids loved the arcade machine in the living room and it’s fantastic location for The Pleasure Beach and Sandcastle.

Street felt a bit dodgy. Could do with a revamp of the street. Towels and bedding were not freshly clean, could smell that they have been used and not washed for our stay.

Excellent location, only a few mins from the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle and South Pier. Modern decor with everything we needed.

2 mins from south pier/ pleasure beach. Very clean. Very modern. Off street parking

For me the bed was a little soft - personal preference

Rooms were lovely and clean

Outside could do with a clear up, but thats a work in progress, they must of just had work done so I guess it does take time to get rid of all evidence of work which was carried out

The apartment was lovely and clean, jacuzzi bath in main bathroom and the main bedroom had a nice little on-suite. The kitchen was so nice, it had everything you needed. The location was top notice couldn’t have asked for a better location. The staff were lovely and easy to talk to.

No bath mats for floor..on-suite shower ran onto floor so we had to use our bath towel on the floor to keep it from escaping out of the on-suite. No curtain up in main bedroom so as soon as it started to get light outside I struggled to go back to sleep.
