USUSClean house. Nice screened-in porch with large table for congregating. Spacious at 4 bedrooms. Single floor ranch with nice lighting.
While it did not bother me, for pickier travelers note the house is a bit "tired". The flooring in some areas and the vanities show signs of a bit of water damage whether from excessive cleaning or Florida dampness, not sure. The kitchen faucet is loose and the curtains do not easily open and close. Beyond that it is a cute house in a quiet area close to grocery stores.

USUSThe outdoor area is nice and the kitchen is nice and big but there are zero amenities.
Missing towel racks in the master bath, missing drain plugs in both bathrooms. Main bathroom had a rope tied on to towel rack supports instead of An actual rack. They don't even supply a cup of coffee for the first day. They demand either a security deposit of $250 or a non refundable fee of $80 in case of damages meanwhile the place is so poorly maintained with things already broken. I don't think anyone looks at this house for maintenance. I would not stay here again as the price is very high and the quality is poor. I've stayed in many, many b&bs and this was one of the worst.

USCommunication with the host was exceptional! They were able to arrange a high chair and a crib for our baby which we highly appreciate! The pool is amazing, we spent a lot of time with our family. Locations is great as well
USThe house was clean and the pool was big and very clean. One thing I would suggest is a decent size frying pan. 😊
