Great Location and excellent communication with videos. Very well planned and I felt he had put in so much effort to make our stay comfortable with breakfast, water and snacks !!!

Roberto est très serviable et disponible. L'appartement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est proche de la gare ce qui est très pratique pour visiter les cinque terres

Par définition comme l'appartement est proche de la gare il n'est pas dans le centre de la spezia. Mais nous le savions et avions fait ce choix

"Great choice in La Spezia"

Appartment was very nice and it had everything! Comfortable bed, big shower and nice kitchen. Roberto is a super host, has left us breakfast, coffee and toys for the child. Also a parking spot near the house is free, due to him! Train station is 5 min and central square is 10 min on foot, but the area the house is located, is without noise and cars!

It would be nice to have window screen, for mosquites and bugs.

Apartamento lleno de detalles, muy limpio y muy cómodo para visitar cinqueterre. Roberto muy amable nos dejó una plaza de parking gratis, nos ayudó con las maletas y ha estado pendiente de nosotros por mensaje todo el tiempo.
