Perfect Plus just 5 mins walk to Golden Temple

Nothing, this place is a trading under a different name and is next to overpass with rubbish strewn all around the hotel. Photos have been falsified

Reception couldn’t tell us exactly where the location of the hotel was initially. When we called again we saw it trading as hotel Sarovar. So they lied on booking . Com

Location was great, didn't have food as they don't have restaurant, only room service for food.. room and bathroom was clean.

Room was very small. have to request toilet roll, hand towel, heater, water bottles. They do provide filters water. Room was very small. Customer service was not efficient as receptionist was acting defensively rather than helping.. . Since I spoke with him in native language, h I s argument was that I am an Indian despite giving him our overseas Passports. We felt that he was biased towards Indians.

Large room, very clean bathroom. Lift working. For Indian standards it was acceptable at the price paid.

It is 45 minutes walk from the Golden Temple not 5 as they claim. Internet intermittent working in room. No breakfast included. Staff were not interested in anything except playing games on their phones. Many of the facilities listed do not exist. It is very difficult to find is really the Sagar Hotel that you stay in. Why they have multiple names on Booking.com suggests a scam.
