"Very bad experience with the worst ever service"

Just the location of the hotel ie., it's near to Golden temple as well as Railway station

1. The service- In our two days stay, there were several instances when we asked for morning coffee, or called for television remote or hot water- none were attended properly even after repeated calling to the reception. The worst part being the ordered coffee was faked as if it will be delivered in 5 minutes but in reality it was left unattended even after waiting for 45 minutes. 2. The hotel- pictures provided and the reality was very different especially regarding the floor space of rooms.
