GBGBThe location was incredibly handy for the marina (we had booked a boat trip) and the sea-front, and not too far from the train station. The property was clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised, and generally well equipped. There was an open-all-hours corner shop just across the road which made things easy too.
There was a very fancy coffee-machine, but we couldn't make it work - it didn't seem to be possible to make the thing you put the ground coffee into engage with the rest of the machine. It would have been nice to have had the option of a simple cafetiere!

GBGBThe property was perfect! Set over 3 floors, it’s modern, stylish, and comes with great facilities! The standard of the decor and items provided for use were fantastic! Kitchen equipment was great, not cheap or flimsy and great quality. The bedding was soft and premium quality too! Everything was clean and tidy, and throughout everything looked perfect. We really were so impressed with this accommodation and would definitely stay there again! Lovely coffee machine available to use which was a lovely touch. Even down to the toilet roll, not cheap like so many others, but great quality and sustainable too! So much detail and thought has clearly gone into this property. The shower was great (we all used the top floor shower as it was such a generous size! The property was easy to find and check in instructions were sent a week prior to arrival by the host along with instruction on the closest best value car park too. The location of the property was spot on too, right in the centre and a couple of minute walk from the sea front and a couple of minute walk to the centre in the opposite way! Premier shop opposite which was handy too! Really impressed with the entire weekend and to add, the host was polite, kind, and responded quickly when asking where the external bin was! We will be back for sure one day and I couldn’t recommend this property and the host more.
The property was FANTASTIC! Only thing I can think of is a bin in the top floor bathroom and top floor double bedroom would have been ideal but that’s really picking at straws as I just went down to the middle floor to use the bathroom bin there.
