GBWhat a beautiful property! A 5 minute walk to the marina, amenities are only a stones throw away. The rooms were clean and felt homely! Quiet location. I would recommend to all my friends and family and will certainly be returning in the warmer months.

I initially found locking the front door a bit fiddly. The kitchen bin is quite small, and there's no separate recycling. Is there an outside bin?

GBBeautiful home, clean and very well maintained with plenty of space for everybody. Clean sheets and towels provided for everybody. Quick responses from the owner if I had any questions. Perfect location for visiting the beach (5 minute walk) Although there is no parking as it is resident parking only, there are several options for pay and display carparks again within a few minutes walk and you can park outside the property to load and unload cars.
If I had to make a couple of observations...and I wouldn't even call them complaints! The floor in the kitchen/dining area is very slippery with socks on. The towels provided were not very big.
GBLovely décor, really big and clean and cosy. The coffee and coffee machine were really nice and we had all the amenities we needed. We received some biscuits and sweets left in the kitchen which was a nice touch. We would stay again.
These are small things but things we notices and wanted to feedback: there wasn't a bin in the ensuite bathroom upstairs, the towels were small rather than bath towels, there wasn't any guidance on what to do with rubbish, recycling, using the heating thermostat etc, there weren't any serving dishes/salad bowls/heat proof stands which would have been really helpful. The guests in the double rooms said they were comfy, but the first floor bedroom didn't have a side table or shelf so there wasn't a lamp or anywhere to put anything and the twin room beds were quite hard but completely okay for 2 nights.
