Tallrikar var smutsiga . Klumpar med matrester hittats. Tallrikar var klibbiga. Jag och min fru och mina barn såg samma problem.

Det som grillas ute på middag var fattigt , kyklingsspetten var inte tillräckligt, folk fick vänta mer än 20 min för lite kött, fisk var smaklös inte god alls och det gäller alla dagar som fisk serverades , mm…

J’Adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa’da harika bir tatil geçirdik. Halk ve İlişkiler Müdürü Yurdagül Hanım’ın güler yüzü ve ilgisi, Havuz Görevlisi Mehmet Bey’in titiz çalışması sayesinde tatilimiz çok keyifli geçti. Engelli olan kızım için çok yardımcı oldular, her konuda çözüm ürettiler. Tek sorun resepsiyon tarafındaydı; eksik bilgilendirme yapıldı. Engelli biri olduğumuzu gördükleri halde ve rezervasyonda eksik olduğunu söyleyerek bize geçici bir oda verdiler. Bu oda maalesef engelliye uygun değildi. Bir gün sonra başka odaya taşınmak zorunda kaldık, fakat bu oda da uygun değildi. Engelliler için daha fazla bilgi otelin web sitesinde yer alsa çok iyi olurdu; buna göre rezervasyon tercihimizi yapardık. Yine de bütünüyle herkese tavsiye ederim. Ailemle birlikte güzel bir tatil geçirdik.
