Every was good and clean .staff friendly

Pool size not adequate with hotel size,

- geen verharde parkeerplaatsen -geen flesjes water beschikbaar -hygiëne was ondergemiddeld -de receptie medewerkers spreken heel slecht engels, en zijn ook niet klantvriendelijk -het zwembad was letterlijk extreem overbevolkt

Festival property was not 5 star. It was 3 star hotel. It’s took us at least two days to make them bring in the room all necessary stuff for bathroom. I book family room with pool view, but what I had it was some facilities roof, and other peoples rooms from my window . and I had paid extra money for my view. The food was poor, not too much choices. Was ultra all inclusive , but all alcohol ,was Turkish .never had in my experience in fish day, giving people sushi , four pieces per person . menu don’t was changed absolutely .it was same in all my stay. After August 31, it was even less food in the dining room . Swimming pool was too small for so many people and children swimming pool was under a balcony, no sunlight, and it was very cold. Bottom line the resort is 3 star . In my long experience, this was worst vacation what I had in Antalia.

Young people from Show group ,they was nice, coffee was good. Security people was nice outside of facility.

The Hotel is perfect regarding the food and services

They gave us a bad room, then on the next day they agreed to change it for us but with extra $50
