Duck Cottage - Cosy Cottage - Central Location

It took us a while, on a wet and cold evening, to actually find the place. Then we were able to gain access using the lockbox. The cottage itself is extremely well located, once you've found it, and we found it very comfortable. Well appointed and all furnishings in good condition. We would have appreciated more light in the sitting room though. We didn't make much use of the kitchen, but it does seem to be well equipped.

A nightmare to find. It would be helpful if the booking advice says that the PostCode will not take us to the right place. That was our first mistake. Then we put the address into Google Maps and were taken onto a very rough, unpaved road that was difficult to navigate because of parked cars and poor visibility due to shocking weather. We finally found ourselves at the bottom of Butt Lane, but it still took some time to find the actual cottage. All this, at the end of a long day's driving,and we were tired.

Cosy and comfortable and perfect for our short getaway to Haworth. It’s in a good location. Just a few mins walk to everything. Already plotting another trip!

Excellent location and very cosy.

Property was very clean and in a great location with wonderful views. Welcome tea and coffee were generous. Instant response from the host regarding heating. Lovely bathroom and kitchen. Pet friendly.

We couldn’t get the heating to work properly. We found lighting too dim, and some bulbs in electric fire and sitting room did not work. Shortage of cooking pans in the kitchen. Towels very small and worn.

Lovely location, short walk to main St.

Take your own towels. Supplied with one towel each , all different colours & not I good condition. need replacing, and adding a hand towel too. Needs extra lighting in the kitchen area.
