Superb location, secure parking, clean and presentable Ideally located for a short walk into the center of York.

Water pressure in shower could be a lot better. Settee in living area a bit uncomfortable as not high backed - however I do suffer with lower back problems so for others the settee may be fine.

Everything we needed was there. Close to several bus routes and easy walk to town.

Some dirty cutlery and crockery had to be washed before use. Spare bedlinen under mattress very difficult to access for an octogenarian and her disabled son

Great communication of directions and how to access the property. Everything you could need was provided. Lovely and clean apartment, nice, quiet and secure. Really close to the walls and a stones throw from all the restaurants, pubs and attractions.

Loved our stay here!! Great location, comes with free allocated parking space in a gated area. Bright and spacious flat. Outdoor courtyard area. There’s everything you’d need in the kitchen and even some extras like a coffee machine. Would love to come back.

The flat was quite cold. This didn’t bother us as we spent most of our time out and about. There are heaters you can turn on. I can imagine in the depth of winter it may be a bit chilly!

Our family was incredibly itchy in master bedroom of property. Fleas? Not sure. Pillows were all high and so difficult to sleep on if you are a side sleeper. Cleanliness in the details felt lax. Dishboard was disgusting. Highchair was filthy. Told the team and they said the previous family must have put it away and so they missed cleaning it (but wouldn’t you check if a family with infant booked). Shower pressure awful. Utensils dusty. Mandatory £250 deposit felt inappropriate and steep. Never had a deposit taken on booking.com before. No fans. sofa bed frame was wharped where you would roll down off the hard frame into a sink hole (we aren’t large people) and even our kids couldn’t sleep on it. The providers said comfort is subjective but my husband is military who is used to no creature comforts and felt it’s better sleeping on the floor in a mission. Don’t rent here if you need the sofa bed (which also wasn’t made up, considering the price). No hot water at midnight even after pressing boost button. I can see similar reviews saying similar things. I think for price stay elsewhere.

Spotless, comfy bed, 10mins walk to everything.

The outside terrace needs to be cleaned up as it would be nice to sit outside. Some drawer space would be good.
