Loved the location, everything spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, kitchen very modern

The cord on the blind in our bedroom snapped on the first morning when we tried to open it. Didn’t want to phone as it wasn’t an emergency so left a message asking if possible it could be fixed. Previous messages before we arrived had been responded to fairly quickly but I received no response and consequently had no daylight in the bedroom all weekend. It didn’t spoil our weekend but felt we should have had a reply even if it was to say no one could come. Also there were only two chairs with the outside table which meant we couldn’t all sit outside and enjoy the weather
