Fabulous location, a minute or two's walk to the centre of Holt and surrounding areas.

There was nothing we didn't like but it would've been useful to have instructions on how to use the cooker... much playing with the the various buttons until we worked it out... but maybe we missed them!

Unique, stylish property in an excellent location in the centre of Holt. Very high standard of cleanliness, facilities and comfort.

There was nothing to dislike. We had a slight problem with the shower but due to excellent service after a phone call it was sorted out within half an hour. We were very impressed with the customer service and ease of communication.

Holt lovely town full of independent stores. Short walk from the house. Nice house, pleasant decoration, clean, with high end appliances. Owner met us and offered information and ideas for places to visit etc.,

Instruction leaflets for the appliances. Otherwise excellent.

It was in a perfect location for everything Holt has to offer and all of North Norfolk. I liked that the property was light and bright and a very pleasant space to be in.

I couldn’t find a bottle opener but luckily I had a stiletto heel which did the job 😃

Splendid interior design. Very homely but not cluttered, the location is absolutely perfect and it has parking! a much more cost effective way then staying at a local hotel, we all loved staying and we will be back for sure. Host 10/10.

"A very pleasant stay, in a very pleasant town."

Decor, furniture, fixtures and fittings in good condition and clean. The layout of the flat worked well for us. Good location, close to the town centre. Leon very attentive and made the effort to meet us soon after our arrival.

Inevitably a refurbished property with stud walls & tiled floors will potentially transmit sound more readily than a traditional stone & block building. The sound of occupants in the flat above wasn’t ideal, but it wouldn’t stop me booking the flat again.
