La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle detrás de la Gran vía.

Esperamos 2 horas para poder entrar en el edificio y en el apartamento. El sistema con código fallaba y no se abría la puerta. Tuvimos una conversación por WhatsApp, nos mandaban códigos y ninguno funcionaba. Por fin vino una persona y nos abrió.

La ubicación

Totalmente sucio a la llegada, con telarañas en el baño y ropa de cama y colchones llenos de manchas, aparte de paredes muy sucias y muy ruidoso porque da a la calle y no esta bien insonorizado. Sofá cama donde no se puede dormir porque esta la estructura vencida y el colchón es muy fino y la puerta de entrada al bloque hace mucho ruido al abrir porque roza y es algo que lleva teniendo quejas desde hace años y no arreglan, no recomiendo este apartamento para nada.

Buen precio y ubicación

Tiene 9 cofres de llaves en la ventana y es un infierno de gente todo el tiempo confundida tratando de ubicar y abrir el suyo incluso por las noches. El depto es en planta baja a la calle. Además es oscuro y tiene poca luz artificial.
