Wonderful hospitality from the front desk, clean and comfortable room, excellent location. Will stay again if I ever return.

Sometimes the pub / bistro opposite will be noisy at night

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The service was excellent and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy. It truly felt like being at home. We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which helped us relax after a long day. Another big plus is the hotel’s location. It is right in the city center, making it very convenient to travel, explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

staff was impeccable and so helpful! in addition, the room was tidy and nicely designed and comfortable. Great location and such a short walk to night market and lake. As a going away present, they gave us chocolates which was a lovely gesture. Would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to da lat.

What a gem of a hotel, beautiful lobby and gorgeous room everywhere just beautiful decorated. I liked they thought of plastic issues so the water you got every day was filtered water in glass bottles. The bed was very comfy and good pillows and my room even came with free laundry which is a bonus when you are on the road for months. The 2 guys in the reception is a huge plus to the hotel, they are the sweetest, kindest and most helpful hotel staff I have met so far in my travels in Vietnam. Bonus info if you are looking for a bit of western food with an Asian twist the restaurant next door Chay serve excellent food and yummy cocktails. I would definitely book this place again if back in Dalat.

Good location in a street with restaurants and bars. Welcoming reception area and staff. Clean rooms. Hotel recommended an amazing visit for coffee tasting at a small farm and learned a lot about the processes involved.

The rooms were comfortable but rather cramped. It wasn’t necessary to have a bath in our bedroom taking up even more valuable space.

달랏 중심부에 있어서 위치적으로 정말 훌륭해요! (걸어서 달랏야시장 5분) 직원분들도 너무너무 친절해서 체크인할때부터 기분이 너무 좋았습니다. 주변 맛집, 커피 지도도 나눠줘서 투숙객에 대한 배려가 돋보였어요.

인테리어는 너무 예뻐요. 혼자 묶기에 딱 좋은 사이즈고, 두명은 좀 비좁습니다. (특히 복도가 정말 좁아요) 에어컨이 없는데, 달랏이 추워서 그부분은 문제로 느끼지 못했고, 다만 여기저기 오래된 느낌이 있고, 배게에 오염이 묻어있는 등 관리가 조금부족해보였던게 아쉬웠습니다.

Love the location and charm of the city. The hotel provided free laundry service and unlimited bottled water which were very nice bonuses. Nice coffee in the morning and afternoon also if needed.
