GBVery friendly staff that want to please. The hotel is well located within a 'touristy' street with nice craft and gift shops as well as bars and quality restaurants, some wider reviews had claimed that it was quite noisy at night, but we didn't find that. Easy walking distance to the market and lake. We asked if it was possible to hire scooters for the day, and they arrived 20mins later.
The weather wasn't great when we were there, but that isn't the hotel's fault and they happily lent their umbrellas out to use! It was a big room but very long and thin, so felt a bit more compact than it probably was.
USThe staff were extremely friendly. They allowed us to leave our bags when we arrived before check in. The hotel also has an excellent tailor on site and she made some wonderful clothing for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel!

ESTiene muy buenas instalaciones, es muy bonito y cuidado, súper céntrico y además tienen muchos detalles con los huéspedes (nunca había visto tantos detalles en un hotel) que lo hacen súper cómodo y te sientes muy bien recibido. Gracias a Huyen y Tan por ser tan atentos con nosotros y hacer la estadía maravillosa. Lo recomiendo al 100%.

JPスタッフの気遣いが良かった。部屋は新しく静かで設備も良かった。周辺は坂道でちょっと苦労したが、徒歩圏内に美味しく安いローカル料理やコーヒーの楽しめる店も多く満喫した。近接の飛行場からはかなり遠く、交通手段の手配が心配だったが、ホテルスタッフの助けで安穏であった。
