Luxurious & spacious 4BR apt next to Cathedral

The location of the flat was very good, very near the cathedral and within the beautiful old neighbourhood of Sevilla. it was clean and seemed cozy at first.

The flat has been renovated to look modern but without much love and care. The materials used are cheap, evident in the rotten skirting boards in the bathroom or the chair that broke when we sat on it while the others felt flimsy too or the poor quality sofa bed that made sleeping in it uncomfortable. The shower doors are not well fitted and water comes out all the way to the corridor. There was a broken door knob, in addition to the flimsy chairs. There was no complimentary coffee or tea, which is the minimum one can find in any airbnb flat. There was not even enough toilet paper for the 2 nights we stayed, it was over the first day and we had to buy toilet paper! The manager of the flat was very attentive while we were there but as soon as we left, she stopped answering our messages or answered after very long delays. We paid a deposit which has not yet been released, despite her confirming (after several messages) that it was released.

Me encantó la casa y la ubicación . Estaba todo limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendable

Hay un problemilla con el agua de la ducha que se salía en ocasiones pero nada importante.

Er werd niet van te voren gezegd dat je borg moest betalen, in ons geval was dat 150 euro. Als je deze borg niet zou betalen mocht je niet het appartement binnen, dus werden wij verplicht deze te betalen.
