Second Floor 3 bedroom flat in the town centre

Pretty decent flat, fair for the money, nothing flash

Slightly dodgy entrance (which also seemed like a fire hazard)

Picking up keys was ok, there was a lock box in front of the gate. That was basically the only positive.

I am normally not a picky person, but this was pretty horrendous. The floors were uneven and there were cracks all over the walls, like the stairs were going to collapse. The shower leaked everywhere and had little to no water pressure. Every single door handle in the apartment was literally falling off. You couldn’t lock the doors to any of the bedrooms otherwise the door handles would fall straight off when you try to open them. The towels had hair all over them. Cigarette butt on the floor. Carpets were matted, stained. The whole building smelled of weed/skunk. The gate in front was very unsafe feeling. The location (street in front) was extremely dirty with very loud neighbors/people outside until extremely late at night (2-3 AM). The blinds didn’t fully cover the windows in the bedrooms.. that, coupled with the noise, made it extremely hard to sleep.

Precio, comunicación del anfitrión, cercanía al centro de la ciudad, todo esto fabuloso en general recibes lo que pagas. En general contento y si lo que buscas es una estancia barata, no veo por qué no quedar aqui. Gracias

Podria ser un poco mas limpio, y las habitaciones mejorar aislamiento acustico.

Lugar horrivel, nada prestava. Apenas Wi-Fi e tv q salva ou. Cadeado no portão embaixo tem q fica colocando senha toda vez q vai sair e entrar., tinha uma câmera de segurança na saída.
