Good location

The stairs are not safe for a young child One is broken to the lowest floor

Warm environment - bed super comfy - ideal location for me - kitchen facilities good

Bathroom door a bit tricky - Streaming TV would have been a bonus without creating an account

The bedrooms were decent

I expected someone to welcome us into the property and do show us around and at preheat the house. The house was freezing cold.

Knew exactly what we were getting, great value for money. A standard stay which was good for 2 nights. Good location near the metro and parking. You know what you're getting with this price and value. It's what's we were looking for. Clean and good value.

Needs a little refresh, bathroom door hard to shut and few kitchen amenities

The location being close to the metro and parts of hadrian's wall. The house felt warm and cozy

No plug for sink

The conditions of this Apartnent was completely unacceptable! We cancelled in arrival , still waiting for a refund . Stay away .

-Specifically asked beforehand (in advance) for extra bedding for the sofa bed- nothing was provided - Bathroom door is hard to close once you do get it closed there’s no handle so you can’t open it from the inside also no lock on the door - 4 people can stay but only 2 can sit on the sofa and only 2 can sit at the table - Not the cleanest of houses (dead flies on windowsill) definitely need to have a word with the cleaners - All the utensils that were in the draw in the kitchen were filthy - Could do with a new paint job- starting to smell a bit mouldy
