Couldn't fault the property

Very close to everything, bang in the centre. Had everything we needed in the apartment, hosts communicated and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend to other friends and family wanting to stay in Manchester.

The only thing I can think of is that it was loud outside on the Saturday night, but that’s expected if your wanting to stay in a city!

The attempt to obtain money almost two weeks after we left for damages that firstly never ever happened and secondly the picture of the supposed damage didn’t even show any damage therefore a clear and obvious attempt to gain money

Amazing location, could walk everywhere within 10 minutes. 4 good sized double rooms and the living area was great for socialising

The hosts provided clear check-in instructions and we loved the location near Piccadilly station and popular attractions, including the Christmas markets. The main living space on the third floor was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. Bathrooms had a lot of storage and great water pressure and beds were comfortable.

No paper towels or napkins in the kitchen and could have used a drying rack for our clothes. In the hall bath, the sink was tiny and the placement of the shower head was weird as water hit the crossbar and sprayed outside the shower area. The Sky TV hookup was also a bit tricky to use with our laptop. The biggest issue was street noise from late night pub patrons and trucks in the primary bedroom, although the other sleeping areas were very quiet.

Communication with the owner was excellent. The facilities were great, the location superb.

Spread over 4 floors it can be a little hard on the knees for older travellers, but nothing really to dislike about the place.
