4 Bed Canal St Townhouse Free Parking

The property was the perfect location for us whilst visiting Manchester pride for the weekend! It was clean and spacious and didn’t feel too small even with 7 of us staying. The facilities were all clean and very well stocked! We will definitely be booking again next year!

Not really a dislike more a warning for people, there is a noise limit in the property so if you exceed that then you receive a noise text, as it was pride just having the doors open was enough to trigger the text so just something to consider if you’re wanting more of a party vibe.

The property is in a great location, within short walking distance to transport to get around the city but ideal if you are interested in the bars / clubs of Canal Street. The roof terrace is a great feature, really lovely chill out area.

The stairs, there are a lot of stairs and I should have paid more attention to that when booking!

Faculous house in central location, well kitted out with a great roof terrace and garage that fitted our old volvo estate. Hosts very professional and helpfull in sending all information promptly

The roof terrace was stunning, loved the record player and choice of LP's, the kitchen was lovely and spacious and the location of the house was fantastic. Also great to have tea, coffee and milk provided.

The house was very hot even with the AC units, to be fair it was a heatwave when we were there, but AC throughout the house is needed, the units are not enough. There weren't enough toilet rolls for a luxury house that sleeps 8! We didn't appreciate receiving a text message (that we couldn't reply to) at 6pm in the afternoon to tell us that the house noise levels had been acceded. We were out most of the time, and had only popped back to get ready for the evening. Any noise was just us chatting, we didn't have any music on at this time. As we left the house, a lot of noise was coming from number 50, we didn't hear this while inside our house but maybe their noise triggered our 'noise alarm'. This text made us feel cross, like we were being watched. We understand the need to be considerate but this was 6pm, not late at night and we weren't excessively loud at anytime. I didn't receive the check out video until late on Sunday evening , which I didn't see and we left at 6am the next morning for our flight. The check out video needs to be sent at the same time as check in.

Amazing house, real home from home with everything you need. Great communication from hosts and very helpful.

Screen for the shower would have been helpful but that is feedback not a negative.

Everything about it was perfect from the location and the garage parking to the bedrooms and the lovely roof top terrace that we were able to enjoy. The open plan kitchen dinning lounge was spacious enough for the 6 of us with a variety of additions to make the stay enjoyable. The record player was a lovely surprise too. 😊👍🏻

Nothing, everything was spot on. The only thing that could have been better was the weather which couldn't be controlled. Would have loved to have stopped for longer but had to go back to work ☹️

Brilliant location in the gay village & walking distance to deansgate where you can find everything you need. Very clean & had everything we needed (even had to use the washing machine because a white top got a pink stain on it which probably wouldn’t have come out if left until we got home)
