Benjamin Suite - Modern 3BR Apartment with Parking & WIFI

Great location, just outside the main centre so it's not too noisy. Only a 10-15 min walk to the centre or you can easily get an Uber if needed. Free parking which was a great benefit. Loved the decor and styling of the place. Bedrooms are a good size too. Bathrooms had towels and the usual small toiletries. Please note you have to go up a few flights of stairs (which wasn't a problem for us) but worth being aware of if you have any mobility issues.

Property is starting to look a little tired in places on the inside - we still loved the decor and styling, just needs a quick refresh!

Location was close to Cardiff City Centre

The flat was quite tired which was unexpected based on the online photos, there were dirty marks and damage on the walls. The showers were in desperate need of a deep clean, and the bathrooms were generally quite damp and musty. The 'fully equipped kitchen' was lacking some key items - hardly any cutlery for example only 2 forks.

Clean and as in pictures and location is good for students and people looking for pubs etc

Friday Night was Noisy and unable to sleep due to disturbance from students and late night

wifi had good signal, close to the city centre

First the smell as you went through the front door it stank, why would you leave the rubbish bins inside the property? the carpet going upstairs had some sort of fluid on it ( looked like someone had urinated on it} it really needed redecorating, theres black marks every where, the bed was so hard the floor would have been softer. We will definitely not stay there again.

Rooms were big enough for both people staying in them and the facilities were excellent

Was a bit out of the way from the city centre but, uber was local and the walk was only 15 minutes

Right off a very busy street that was full of restaurants and shops. Location was good, as far as exploring Cardiff was concerned. The two toilets were a bonus. Beds were comfy. Apartment was clean.

Access to the apartment - the bins were stored in the entrance area or what could be called the lobby area inside the building. Noisy - Building work across the street from the apartment and the fact that we were right off a very busy street, meant that there was a lot of noise in the night. I did not get free parking and had to pay for 2 days parking - Your ad specifies free parking and is one of your unique selling points, but the card that I needed to display on my dashboard to allow me free parking was not on the dining table as advised. I tried calling the number in your check in information email but was told that it was out of hours and so no one was available. I then tried the mobile number that was listed in your check in information email and left a message regarding my parking dilemma but did not get a call back. In the end we paid for 2 days of parking. I received an email to say that a refund would be looked into but since then, you don't seem to be replying to my emails and chasers and I am yet to be refunded for my parking! Rude! Very disappointing! Misleading the public!

The apartment was good size. Clean and in a great location for Cardiff Centre and Castle. Easy to get to places. Parking is good. Mr Koya popped in with extra toilet rolls and checked we were ok. The service was very good.

The bins downstairs got smelly as the days went on as they were at the bottom of the stairs. I did speak to Mr Koya, and he said he would speak to the company who deals with them. He is extremely helpful and will sort out any problems as quickly as he can.
