Benjamin Suite - Modern 3BR Apartment with Parking & WIFI

The decor was great. It was clean and technologically advanced

The place has everything you need. It's nice that it has 2 bathrooms. All beds are comfortable with enough pillows

It was not clean. We had a thick layer of dust under the bed in the main bedroom. Some of the furniture and the fridge were dirty.

The house was nice and the location is nice

You could hear the neighbours footsteps above you it wasn’t that bad though

Still have not received the deposit back.

Very well decorated flat with a modern look. Adequate cooking facilities but could have done with a bit more pans and ustensiles.

We couldn’t find any hairdryer. Kitchen was very small even for just 4 people.

Property was clean and presentable, close location to Cardiff centre. Owners sorted any issues promptly

Location was ok but with lots of rubbish on footpaths from nearby restaurants

Location was ok, nothing special.

The hot plates were broken, we didn't get enough towels (they did fix that a day or so after we complained), we were given the wrong Wifi code (they did fix this the day after), we were not given enough toilet paper and no tissues as back up, the carpet in the stairwell was very smelly (they did come and fix that while we were staying), there was rubbish everywhere as you step out the front door of the building. So it is hard to judge as they did fix things (apart from the hot plate) but it shouldn't have been a issue in the first place.
