"The best house to stay in DC."

I loved the location,the area felt safe and quiet,the communication with the host was clear and precise,the house was very clean and doors were secure,the kitchen was well equipped and I was able to make breakfast in the mornings.I loved everything overall.

The TV/ cable in the living room works great,internet was great,I was just having a problem connecting the bedroom tv to the internet so I couldn't watch tv in the bedroom...

"Excellent DC Townhome"

Location is great. Street is pretty quiet. Communication by host was excellent. House was clean and had coffee and ice. My bed was comfortable. Plenty of room. Parking in the back. It fit my 1 big truck.

The water was only lukewarm for a shower. It never got any hotter. That's my only dislike.

Casa espectacular... Muy comoda para un grupo de 5 personas. Todo super limpio y muy acogedor. Buenas ubicación, zona residencial muy tranquila.

Por poner algo, el colchón de la cama principal no me resultó nada cómodo.

"disgraceful service"

The apartment itself was nice and located in a good neighborhood, but the overall service experience was extremely disappointing. Communication with the property management was unhelpful and at times humiliating. Despite repeated requests, I was denied basic support (such as proper documentation for my stay), and my concerns were ignored. Customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional, which overshadowed the otherwise pleasant accommodation. A beautiful apartment cannot make up for such poor treatment of guests.
