Hacienda Coltea - Cozy Old Town Apartaments

The location of the property is great. It is nicely decorated and has a nice kitchen if you want to make food. Has a small balcony and enough beds for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Comfy bed and a generally clean interior. Also a Good Wifi.

We had issues with finding their keys since they gave us the incorrect pin, tried to follow up but they were not responsive either through phone or WhatsApp. When they called, it was from a number not listed on the listing, and didn’t even know that we messaged them. The facilities don’t have a working ventilation and being an old building it occasionally smells bad. Also the building is pretty old and we had the elevator stuck one day which was tough since we were on 4th floor.

It was not quite clean, especially the bathroom and the shower cabin had a lot of mold, there were no mosquito nets at the windows so you couldn’t open a window in the evening and many things were improvised, just to look good in the photos
