The neighbors houses made the neighborhood look less desirable but we were there to hangout out front so we didn't mind. Once we were inside we forgot about that.

USThe hummingbird house was a beautiful little gem. All of the extra touches made this home one of my all time favorites to stay at. The back yard had so many little places to explore. The hummingbirds came to the front feeder daily and we could watch them eat up close from the kitchen window. I can’t say enough great things about the supportive space that was provided.

USThis was the perfect place for our getaway The home was beautiful. The location was perfect , and Ryan our host thought of everything needed for the perfect stay. The backyard alone made our stay worthwhile. Ryan was super responsive with answering questions and providing info on check in and check out.

USVery clean and well maintained. Offers great access to the foothills and access to the business center around the area. The sauna, with the outdoor fire pit and the serenity of the property once inside is amazing. Yoga studio and plenty of space. Highly recommend over a hotel.
This is a tough question. You are in a neighborhood not a resort so know that. You need to look at this as access to what AZ has to offer and a good home base.
USThis house has so much space for the whole family to spread out but also be together. The host is great, super communicative and flexible. The backyard is enormous and peaceful. The yoga studio is a great space to stretch, foam roll and/or meditate. There is so much color and character at the hummingbird house. Also, we had plenary of hummingbird visitors outside.
There’s not enough time to enjoy all it has to offer!
