Premium Apartment by Hi5- CP with free parking

Very good location, with many restaurants and bars around. Free parking in the same building.

We arrived very late and the building entrance was only reachable from the garage. That wasn't described in the instructions and it took us time to figure out.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is absolutely perfect – everything you need is within easy reach. One of the biggest advantages is underground parking. It’s incredibly convenient – you can go straight down to the parking area with the elevator, which made our stay so much easier. There is no need to worry about finding a parking spot or carrying luggage a long distance. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I would suggest improving the kitchen equipment – the knife was quite dull, and there was no cutting board, which made cooking a bit inconvenient.

Spacious room, comfortable, bright, safe, warm, central location

We stayed for 4 days, there was no change in the towels or sheets, also the toilet paper ran out and they didn't give us anything else. I informed them to give us at least towels and toilet paper but the answer was that the room is cleaned at the beginning and at the end

The apartment has amazing location, it has very much space. It is also very well equiped. Free parking spot was also amazing thing.

The walls should be painted, they are very dirty. Shower was not working very good, there was a big stain on the carpet from mud or chocolate. In general, the object should take more care about cleaning the apartment.

The communication moments before our arrival, where we were informed that the cleaning is not done and that the apartment is not ready for us. We scheduled our arrival for 15:00, and they send me an EMAIL at 14:51 that the apartment is not ready. Of course, I was driving and didn't check my email, but did check my booking inbox and was available on all socials Viber, Whatsapp and for phone calls or sms, but they didn't have the decency to inform through usual communication sources. Due to traffic and customs, we arrived at 16:10. We get in the apartment, notice that it's a bit dirty but since we drove for 6 hours and had a small child who was tired, we couldn't be happier to arrive to the location and rest a bit. Unfortunately, our moment of serenity was broken just 5 minutes after when the cleaning lady came, asking us to leave the apartment for an hour so that she can get the work done (also gave me the phone where a guy named David expressed his apologies and explained the situation). We were caught off guard and had to do as told. Later that evening I thought that it would to be fair that we get compensated by them allowing us to delay our checkout for an hour tomorrow and I asked them the same, why they denied, saying that the cleaning is scheduled for 11 am. Ironic, isn't it? The cleaning is scheduled on time when we have to leave but not on time when we have to arrive after a very long trip with a small child on board.
