Fantastic apartment in the city center,close to every attraction.Apartment is big,with living room and two bedrooms and has everything what is necessary for wonderful stay.Apartment has own parking spot into garage.Host was kind and gave us all informations. All recommendations for this accommodation!💯

Can be hard getting in at late hours, more information about getting though the shutters would help future clients

The location was good. Everything was walkable. We were close to the chain bridge which is what we wanted. The apartment was spacious but didn't make up for the main issue.

THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS NONEXISTENT! They had units in the living area and bedrooms but they did not work. We immediately contacted the hosts but they said they couldn't do anything because it was after 5. It was hotter than blazes in the apartment and we couldn't stay in it until after 11pm and it was still hot. The air conditioning did not cool at all. We got very little sleep. We contacted the office again the next day to ask for a partial refund and they said we had to take it up with booking.com who's customer service is awful.

Central apartment

Both the air condition in the bedrooms were not working properly, very hot apartment in summer without working a/c. The a/c in the living room also problem. Mattress in one of the bedrooms very old and not comfy. Very difficult checkin process, you have to download app, imagine how difficult it would be for a tourist from an another country without roaming or date on a mobile phone. Had to pay for parking under the building, I sent email asking where to park my car, but never got a reply. Wi-Fi wasn’t working also, it only worked the morning we were leaving. Not a good apartment
