The bed was very comfy, that flat was very clean, had a lovely stay

The freezer frosted up and the door wouldn’t shut

Didnt like anything about it

I was at the apartment for the full time, wifi or internet didnt work, when i rang staff for help they didnt help, they kept declining the calls.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO. Host was rude and abusive. I asked for help on the booking.com chat, he told me I hadn't filled out the prearrival form which was completely unclear from the previous message. I mentioned this was inconvenient as I was parked on the side of the road and could he help as the link wasn't copy/paste able into a browser. He phoned me and started hurling abuse immediately. Honestly so shocked and never had an experience like it. After I explained that all I had done was ask for help he continued to shout at me and told me he doesn't host people 'like me', he then laughed and said the booking was cancelled and he would send me a full refund. I called booking.com who said this was fine and they would send a relocation link, he then declined the link from them and said there hadn't been any issue and I was still welcome to stay. As you can imagine I wasn't comfortable enough to stay anymore and booking.com said as they had no proof of the phonecall from him they could not refund me. I feel totally scammed and if you check the other reviews im not the first. Avoid at all costs.....

Absolute pristine condition, Quiet location, Perfect for a couples get away

Only downfall was check out isn't until 11am, However the cleaning lady was at the door at 9am. This was not a major thing as we was already packed up, However may be a issue for others in the future.

I could not get in, so nothing!

I could not get in. No one answered the phone, I had only booked on arrival but was left waiting for almost an hour before giving up. The area is deserted on a Sunday eve except for a few homeless and drunks so it was scary. Once my baytery died i left and still they have not refunded me. Maybe fine if you book in advance and are not alone standing outside trying to get in, however a hotel is a much safer option.

The view was amazing The flat lovely! The bed was super comfortable and shower amazing!!!!! I needed to call the company for something and they were amazing!! (Photos were taken at the end of the stay)

Great location. Clean, comfortable flat.

It was so difficult to gain entry, left outside at 10 o clock at night having to contact the owner to gain access. It is now 4th May and, despite numerous requests I still haven’t received my refundable deposit. No answer to my request as to how I get it back.

Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, warm. Plenty hot water and nice products. Correspondence with the owner was clear before we checked in and the checkin was fine. Bonus having the balcony and 2 great TV’s.

I couldn’t find a hairdryer though it was stated in the list of facilities. Maybe I missed where it was kept although I couldn’t think where else to look. There was wet ( washed) linen in the washing machine which the owner had previously mentioned tbf although we couldn’t work the dryer so we had to hang it all up on the radiators to dry. The fridge was also turned off and we didn’t realise until much later but luckily all was fine. The cleaner turned up on Christmas morning as she was told we were leaving although we were booked in until 26th. It panicked us a bit until I could prove to her the correct dates. She was very pleasant though. All in all though it was a pleasant stay because everything felt so clean and I would stay there again. I just wanted to point these things out.
