GBIt was not clear how you when and how your were to complete check In. There was confusion between messages sent from Booking.com and the actual host company.

Poor communication about gaining access. On the morning of our arrival, I was asked for my email address. By 3pm, I had no access info so had to phone and give my email address again. The instructions for getting to the car park and then to the apartment were not .good. We needed a plan of how to find the car park, and then another plan of Leeds dock We were sent photos of the car park entrance and the entrance to the apt building which were not helpful. The common areas of the apt building were very scruffy with a badly stained carpet which was off putting The shower leaked over the bathroom floor when used.

There were a few issues at the apartment, the balcony door was broken (hinge was hanging off) and wouldn’t close or lock, apartment smelt of cannabis (had to buy a candle to mask the smell), fake grass on balcony was a trip hazard, as was not laid properly (had to try to correct this), broken wine glass (replaced with new one bought).

When you walk into the building, it smelt bad The lift wasn't working. We were on top floor had to carry the luggage on the stairs the bathroom was dirty When we walked into the apartment the washing machine was on with washing inside

Just starting to look a little worn in places. Shower screen not adequate- had to mop up wet bathroom floor after each use.
