The property was not clean when I checked in. Although the staff cleaned the room after I filed a complaint, the work was poorly done and unsatisfactory. Additionally, I discovered a used Durex box on top of the wardrobe in one of the rooms, which is unacceptable and unhygienic.The bathroom conditions were equally concerning (One toilet’s handwash sink had extremely low water pressure) & (A small hole in the toilet door compromised privacy by allowing visibility from outside).Furthermore, plaster bagworms were present in the hall area, indicating poor maintenance.I urge Booking.com to ensure property ratings accurately reflect reality. The homestay is listed as 8.0 on your platform, but the actual conditions were far below this standard. Due to the lack of alternatives, I stayed but left earlier than scheduled. I will never recommend this homestay (B-21-3) to others and am deeply dissatisfied with the experience.

unit is quiet not too noisy.

The bed sheet and pillowcase is not change, you can see hair every were. the kitchen equipment is not complet, 1 big house onle can find 1 cup to use. the rest is ok.

Very convenience to stay at Casa Kayangan.
