Unable to check in a bit earlier. Call's was not answered. Apartment was not ready by the time we check in. Cleaning lady came to clean when we already checked in. Aircon noisy bathroom door has 3 inches hole shower pipe broken unable to shower water pressure very low Wall clock not working no battery kitchen light only 1 working 2 no bulbs.

MYThe host was responsive and helpful. It's important to remember this is a homestay, so expectations for service should be aligned accordingly. However, the rate was fantastic value. I found this accommodation to be much better than budget hotels in the same area that I've previously paid over RM200 per night for.
