a good size and very comfortable room. All; the staff we came into contact with were very polite and helpful.

When we arrived into our room, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which we believe could have been the drainage. The smell disappeared once we opened the window for some fresh air.

The location, the staff, the bed and pillows. Food was good in restaurant.

The smell in the bathroom. 2nd stay and there is a smell from the drains in the bathrooms. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people?

Location was excellent - great views across the Severn. Easy walk into Portishead

Really well appointed and beautifully decorated rooms. Very comfortable. The service was exceptional from the lady on reception who gave me a tube of toothpaste as I'd forgotten mine (thank you again!) to the breakfast manager who was super nice and super attentive. A really well run pub/hotel.
